All the photographs, images and sounds in this library are copyrighted either by Puerto Rico Internet Corp. or by the organizations that have kindly allowed us to place them on the World Wide Web for your enjoyment. There are no public domain materials in this site.

We regret that we do not have images in a resolution appropiate for printed media. We do not sell CDs with the photos. What you see is what you get...

Acceptable Use Policy

All multimedia materials in this site are meant only for private personal use. Any other use, particularly commercial and/or revenue-generating applications, must first be approved/negotiated with the copyright owner. For our own multimedia items, you should contact the webmaster@gutierrez.com . For multimedia provided by other organizations, you should contact the relevant organization through the phone number and/or address provided in their copyright notice.

Because of bandwidth constraints, we actively discourage automated downloads of the images. This concerns primarily some reckless search engines, but also a new breed of software that downloads entire sites automatically. In short, the libraries should be experienced interactively.

Regarding our own multimedia items, one additional use is allowed: You may place up to three (3) of our images in your personal web site. This special license is subject to the following conditions:

Each image must be clearly identified as being © Puerto Rico Internet Corp. This notice should be next to the image and not at the bottom of the page. Where the allowed three photos have been placed next to each other, only one such copyright notice is needed.
On the page(s) holding the photos, you MUST place a link back to the Puerto Rico Internet Photo Library. The URL of the link should be http://www.turismopr.com/.
The site must truly be a personal site. It should not be associated or promote any specific organization. No revenue should be generated.
You should notify our webmaster@gutierrez.com via e-mail of the URL where the images will be placed.

Advertising in and sponsorship of our site is ideally suited for organizations in the hospitality industry. Your strong support will help us continue to maintain and improve this site.

Banner graphics should be rendered in either GIF or JPG formats. Screen dimensions should be the standard 468 w x 60 h size. File size should not exceed 10 kilobytes. The banner design should be in good taste and appropiate for a family site.
